We couldn’t resist following up our DIY Thursday Grilled Cheese adventure with something just as cheesy. And it doesn’t take much to have an truly excellent meal.
We took pita bread – regular and miniature size. Added store bought pizza sauce. Piled on the toppings of our choosing. And smothered our pizzas with lots and lots of cheese. LOTS OF CHEESE.
Looks like a restaurant decided to install itself in Rachel’s apartment, does it not? Above we have the beautiful hawaiian pizza with pineapple and ham and lots of mozzarella cheese. And below a trio of delights including feta-mushroom-green-pepper, caramelized red onion-spinach-feta and mushroom-spinach-mozzarella:
Overall, a wonderful evening and easier to put together than it looks!
