Last week I reviewed an ice wine near and dear to my heart as it was one I discovered on my very first wine trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake!
A specialty here in Canada, we love making ice wines from Vidal grapes which results in a white ice wine. This one is a red ice wine made of Cabernet Franc grapes! Just a beautifully flavourful little wine, that really shows that ice wine isn’t about being sweet, it’s about having character.
Watch my review below to see my thoughts on this beautiful fall coloured ice wine!
If you have time read my recap of the biking wine tour where I discovered this wine!
